Step 2: Run down

Use the angle step to run down the screw.

B - High speed

C - Transition to next step on angle, corresponding to the thread length before the screw head touches the work piece

D - Torque window to supervise the run down and alert on faults, e.g. damaged thread

It is important that the angle step stops before the screw head touches the work piece, if not it can lead to unwanted overshoots since the tool might not be able to break in time.
