Handling Tightening Sync Mode Configuration
In the Sync Modes tab, select a tightening Sync Mode to configure. The Properties tab and Configuration tab are displayed.
Properties
Parameter | Description |

Name | A user defined name for the mode. |
Description | A description of the mode. |
Type | The type of operation mode (read-only). |
Loosening Sync Mode | A tightening Sync Mode can be linked to a loosening Sync Mode. To link a loosening Sync Mode, go to the Properties menu of the tightening Sync Mode. The bolt configuration and channel numbers in the tightening Sync Mode must match those in the selected loosening Sync Mode. If they do not match, the system shows a warning. |
Configuration
To add bolt configuration, click ADD. There can be a maximum 64 bolt configurations.
Parameter | Description |

Channel | Number of the channel, also called drive index. |
Tightening program | Select the tightening program defined in the Tightening Program menu. |
Bolt | This number identifies the fastener that is tightened. The system uses this number as the address to collect data for the bolt. For example, the system uses it in the fieldbus signal Bolt tightening status. |
Bolt name | Name of the bolt (optional) |
Group | Repair groups link bolts that depend on each other during a repair. One channel can belong to no group, one group, or more than one group. If one bolt has a repair group, all other bolts must also have a repair group. If not, the Sync Mode is invalid. To edit a group, click SHOW MENU. |
Delete | Remove the bolt configuration. |
