Sync Mode menu
Use Sync Mode with a Multistep Tightening Program. To run a tightening, you must first create a Sync Mode. Sync Mode defines which channels to use and which tightening program to assign to each channel. You can assign a different program to each channel if needed. Use Sync Mode to create a setup for each tool or process.
Use Sync Mode to:
Select the tools to include in a synchronized tightening or loosening
Assign a tightening or loosening program to each tool
Manage rejected tightenings (only for tightening operations)
Set the bolt pattern or layout
Sync Mode lets tools in a fixtured setup run different multistep programs at the same time. In a flexible production line, you can use a different Sync Mode for each product. This helps you match the correct tools and programs to each product setup.
