Working with the Notifications Tab
Notifications is a licensed feature that enables the system to send messages to the users, when events or trends are received from controllers connected to the system.
When an Event, Trend, Report or Alarm is received, the event information is converted into a standard email. This email also contains a link to the URL of ToolsNet from where the notification is set and it can be configured via Notification settings. Refer to Managing Notification Service Settings for more information. The system can be configured to send relevant information to different work groups within the organization.
