Process Notifications

This functionality allows users to receive email notifications triggered by predefined thresholds.

It offers flexibility to choose from different event types and set the corresponding limits. Instead of actively monitoring process reports in the ToolsNet web interface, users can rely on automated alerts and react only when specific issues occur.

General Behavior

The functionality follows a simple three-step logic:

Configure : Define event types and actions.
Monitor : Track production and assembly processes in real time.
Inform : Automatically notify stakeholders when events occur.

Supported Notifications

Users can configure notifications for the following process-related events:

Product Complete and Scrapped : Alerts when a product is finished or discarded.
Assembly Processes NOK Rate : Monitors the rate of non-OK (NOK) outcomes in assembly processes.
First Time Yield: Monitors the percentage of products passing quality checks on the first attempt within stations.
Rolled Time Yield : Monitors cumulative yield across a complete location (line).
Manual Processes Rate : Monitors the rate of manual operations.
Operator NOK Rate : Monitors NOK rate of individual operators.
Product Model NOK Rate : Monitors the NOK rate per product model.
