Before installation, make sure that SQL Server Agent is activated. This is done in Windows services.
ToolsNet 8 does not support SQL Express.
Limitation with hosting ToolsNet on Windows Enterprise instead of Windows Server
IIS on Windows client operating systems does not impose a low hard limit on concurrent connections, but these platforms are not intended for high-concurrency production workloads. Command Center opens multiple SignalR/WebSocket connections per browser tab. Opening many tabs increases resource use and can cause SignalR negotiate timeouts or connection failures under load.
Use Windows Server for high-concurrency hosting. Windows Server is designed, optimized, and supported for hosting high-concurrency web applications and persistent connections at scale.
