ILG Status Bar

The status bar is located at the bottom of the screen. The status bar shows information for a number of items that are described below. If an error appears for an item on the status bar, its background color turns red.

The ID of the tightening program that is selected on a controller.

The value inside of parentheses is confirmed by the controller. The value outside of the parentheses is set by ILG.

EMPTY_BATT, TIGHT_DISABLED

Volumes

The volume in which the tool operates.

Values for the x, y, and z coordinates.

  • Target not visible. This could indicate that an ILS is used when ILS is not available.

  • Invalid coordinates.

States

This is a list of states and a description of each state.

CTRL_STARTED

The controller started an event.

LOW_BATT

The battery level is low.

EMPTY_BATT

The battery is empty.

BAD_BATT

The battery status is bad. Consider replacing the battery.

DIG_LOCK

The tool is locked by the DIG lock.

AOP_LOCK

The tool is locked by the AOP lock.

FIELDBUS_LOCK

The tool is locked by the Fieldbus lock.

SELECTOR_LOCK

The tool is locked by the Selector lock.

SOFT_PLC_LOCK

The tool is locked by the SoftPLC lock.

LOOSE_DISABLED

Loosening is locked by the self-lock.

TIGHT_DISABLED

Tightening is locked by the self-lock .

NO_LOOSENING

A loosening program is not configured in the tightening program.

NO_PSET

A tightening program is not selected on the controller.

BATCH_LOCK

The tool is locked by the batch lock.

STOPPED

The tightening is stopped by an external source.

BAD_PSET

An invalid tightening program is used for this tool. Select another tightening program.

WRONG_SOCKET

The wrong type of socket is used. Select a correct type of socket to use. Alternatively, no tightening program is selected.

TOOL_LOCKED

The tool is locked.

ILM_LOCK

The tool is locked by the ILM lock.

ILG_LOCK

The tool is locked by the ILG lock.

OPCUA_LOCK

The tool is locked by the OPC UA lock.
