Data analysis for VDI/VDE 2645-2
On the Inspection results details card, click one row of the Test point table to open the Data analysis card, referred to the selected test point.
Below are the items of the Data analysis card:
Torque/angle: the minimum and current values of Cm-Cmk and the result status of the test point are shown.
Outliers (Grubbs test): the graph shows all the results of the test point. Under the graph, the number of outliers indicates the number of points out of the limits USL and LSL.
Change feature’s position (Swed-Eisenahrt test): Systematic change of measurements indicates if the measured values are randomly distributed (Systematic change of measurements = No) or not (Systematic change of measurements = Yes).
Departure from normal distribution (Epps-Pulley test): the graphs show the deviation of the results from the normal distribution. The parameter Normal distribution indicates if the measured values are distributed as a normal distribution or not.
In the Probability plot, the linear representation of the Normal distribution and the confidence intervals are displayed if the measured values are normally distributed.
When a test (Grubbs test, Swed-Eisenahrt test or Epp-Pulley test) is not passed, the following two fields are shown:
Cause known and effect accepted: details about the test not passed.
Comments: comment written by the operator after a test point is done.
