δ; relative tolerance.
R: repeatability.
c1: derived sensitivity coefficient.
c2: derived sensitivity coefficient.
uR: experimental standard deviation of the measurement average.
ub: standard uncertainty.
Ubrel: expanded uncertainty of the torque meter.
u: combined standard uncertainty.
U: expanded uncertainty.
