Data analysis for ISO 6789:2017

On the Inspection results details card, click one row of the Test point table to open the Data analysis card, related to the selected test point.

Below are the items of the Data analysis card:

  • Xr: mean reference value determined by the measurement device.

  • wr: relative standard measurement uncertainty due to resolution of the display of the torque tool (Type I and Type II Classes: A, D and G only).

  • wmd: relative standard measurement uncertainty of the measurement device at the calibration torque.

  • wrep: component of w due to reproducibility of the torque tool (Type I and Type II Classes A, D and G only).

  • wod: component of w due to geometric effects of the output drive of the torque tool.

  • wint: component of w due to geometric effects of the interface between the output drive of the torque tool and the calibration system.

  • wl: component of w due to the length variation of the force loading point.

  • bre: variation due to the repeatability of the torque tool.

  • wre: component of w due to the repeatability of the torque tool.

  • w: relative standard measurement uncertainty of the torque tool at the calibration torque.

  • W: relative expanded measurement uncertainty of the torque tool at the calibration torque.

  • bep: stated relative measurement error of the measurement device.

  • W': relative measurement uncertainty interval of the torque tool at the calibration torque.

  • W'md: relative measurement uncertainty interval of the measurement device at the calibration torque.

  • ās: mean reference determined by the measurement device.
