ISO 6789:2017

Below are the items of the ISO 6789:2017 inspection result details card:

  • Inspection: name of the inspection.

  • Route: name of the route linked to the inspection.

  • Result date: date of the inspection.

  • Measuring device: measuring device used to do the inspection.

  • Target object: name of the tool under control.

  • Operator: Name of the operator that did the inspection.

It is shown if the measuring device manages the users.

  • Status: below are the available options, depending on the status of the inspection:

    • Partial: the inspection is closed before the batch is completed. The test can be completed later on.

    • Completed: the inspection execution is closed after the batch is completed.

    • Abandoned: the inspection execution is not completed but it is manually closed. The test cannot be completed later on.

  • Result status: below are the results of the execution:

    • OK: all the results are OK.

    • NOK: at least one result is NOK.

    • N/A: at least one test point is not executed.

  • Test point table: the test point table displays the following data:

    • Test points: the test point column shows the preload phase and the test point target values.

    • ās: the ās column shows the mean reference value determined by the measurement device.

    • W': the W' column shows the relative measurement uncertainty interval of the torque tool at the calibration torque.

    • Status: the Status column shows the Ok and NOK results.

  • as: expected measurement error defined in the inspection.

  • W': expected relative uncertainty error defined in the inspection.

  • Test point: for each test point, in the graph are displayed:

    • Value of the test torque.

    • Torque deviation chart.

    • Torque relative error chart

  • Statistics: below are the statistics of the execution:

    • Resolution (r): resolution value.

    • brep: type the value of the variation due to the reproducibility.

    • bod: type the variation due to the geometric effect of the output drive of the torque tool.

    • bint: type the value of the variation due to the interface between the output drive and the calibration system.

    • bl: type the value of the variation of the force loading point.

    • k: coverage factor applied to the relative measurement uncertainty.

    • Notes: comment written on STbench/STpad during the test.

  • Traceability: in this table the traceability tags configured in the route linked to the inspection are shown. In particular, the name, the level and the values of each configured traceability tag are displayed.
