Controller Does Not Start

Problem description: If a controller does not start or displays with a red color in the Dashboard view of ToolsControl Portal, try uploading the controller software again to resolve the problem.

Resolution: Upload the controller software again:

  1. Log in to ToolsControl Portal.

  2. Select the Software menu.

  3. Select the Controller tab.

  4. Select Upload.

    The Upload controller software view appears.

  5. Select Browse and select a controller software file.

  6. Select Upload.

The software image is now uploaded to the controller. The upload process will fail. This should result in an immediate start of the controller.
