Dashboard
The landing page of the portal is the Dashboard which displays the system status. The system status contains a visualization of the cluster and everything currently running on it. The Dashboard displays three main types of information, the general cluster status, node information, and information about deployed service applications and controllers.
A rebalance function is located at the top right of the Dashboard page next to the data storage information. The user can configure the load balancing using this function.
A stand-alone installation of ToolsControl on a single PC/server can display part of the information than described below.
System status
Each node on the Dashboard displays its own name, IP address, and information about their used and available memory together with their used CPU resource. The online/offline information is also available.
The deployments come in two variants: Service application and controllers. The services applications can only be restarted while any controllers have the option to be either restarted, stopped, or started.
Service application and Controllers
The smallest units on the Dashboard are the individual deployed applications to the node and the controllers that connects to the node. All users can restart the Service applications when needed. They can also start, stop, or restart each controller if necessary.
