Intended use of the Screw Feeding Unit

The Screw Feeding Unit is used exclusively for storing, sorting, separating, and blowing screws. The Screw Feeding Unit is controlled by the Power Focus 6000.

The Screw Feeding Unit

• May only be used inside closed rooms.

• May only be operated with the system components described here.

• Must not be used outdoors or in damp rooms.

• With its system components must not be used in an explosive environment.

• May only be used with screws sized M3-M6.

Permitted use for the individual components of the incomplete machine

Screw Feeding Unit

• Use for feeding screws to the Screw Feeding Tightening Module.

Feeding Tube

• Use for transporting the screws from the Screw Feeding Unit to the Screw Feeding Tightening Module.

Screw Feeding Tightening Module

• Assembly of screw connections that require a defined torque or a defined angle of rotation.

Valve Control Unit

• There are multiple types of Valve Control units which are linked to the corresponding tightening module. These are used only for fixtured installations (automatic) and not for handheld applications (semi-automatic).

Cable (electrical)

• Use for electrical supply and control of the tightening system.

Hoses (pneumatic)

• Use for supplying the tightening system with pneumatic energy.

Power Focus 6000

• Use for power supply as well as control and monitoring of the tightening system.
