Test Environment Page
The Test Environment page shows the bolt recognition for the bolts in a selected workpiece.
Workpiece ID field: where the workpiece is selected by selecting the workpiece id and the checkmark button.
RESET button: restarts the testing process.
TEST ALL button: tests the bolt recognition for all the bolts in the workpiece.
TEST button: test the bolt recognition for a single bolt in the workpiece.
The table shows the result of the bolt recognition:
Table Title | Message | Description |
ID | - | The ID for the bolt position in the selected workpiece. |
Status | Not tested | The bolt position has not been tested yet. |
Testing | The bolt position is being tested, the tool is on the position and the data is still coming in. | |
Good | The detection rate is 100% and there are no conflicts detected. | |
Warning | The detection rate is lower than 100%. | |
Error | A conflict with another bolt is detected. | |
Detect | - | The percentage of detection of the taught bolt. |
Conflict | - | The percentage of detection of another bolt and the ID of the conflicting bolt. |
