Changing a HAD Bit
To Remove a Bit:
Loosen and remove the set screw from the socket, using an index key.
Remove the bit.
To Insert a Bit:
Clean bit holder and set screw using Loctite 7063.
Apply Loctite 243 evenly to the thread of the set screw. Refer the below table for Loctite quantity.

Insert the bit into the bit holder.
Secure and tighten the bit using set screw.
