Assembling the Planetary Gear

Insert the 2 O-rings (4 and 5) into the front part (3).

Insert the gear rim (6) into the front part (3).

Assemble the washer (9) and wave washer (10) onto the shaft (8).

Press the ball bearing (11) onto the shaft (8).

Mount the snap ring (12) onto the shaft (8).

Insert the plug (2) into the front part (3).

Insert the assembled shaft (8) into the front part (3).

Place the mounting tool on the press.

Put the front part, facing upwards, on the mounting tool.

Place the second part of the mounting tool on top of the front part.

Make sure to place the mounting tool so that it presses both the inner and outer ring of the bearings.

Push down the press.

Press the front part and mounting tool together.

Make sure the front part has a flush surface.

Tighten the distance ring (7) onto the shaft (8) to 15 Nm.
