Install the drive pin and spring into the driveplate and retain in position by inserting the spring pin.
Lubricate both sideplates, the driveplate, ratchet and drive pin with Molykote 1000.
Install the driveplate into the LH sideplate.
Fit the springs into the drive pawl then insert into the driveplate pocket.
Install the ratchet into the drive assembly ensuring the teeth mesh correctly with the drive pawl. Rotate the ratchet within the drive assembly to ensure correct operation.
Assemble the RH sideplate over the ratchet and align the screw holes.
Apply Loctite 243 to the screws (1), (2), (3) and torque to values show in the table.
Insert the retaining pin through both sideplates. Position the pin cut out in line with the screw hole, then install the friction washer and screw (4). Adjust the torque on the screw, so the friction from the washer holds the pin in position when the link is inverted.
