Overhaul Instructions

  1. Connect the wrench to a pump.

  2. Pressure test to make sure that all mechanisms function as expected.

  3. Investigate any malfunctions or hydraulic leaks.

  4. Depressurize the system and disconnect all couplings.

  5. Disassemble the wrench.

  6. Replace all seals and springs.

  7. Replace the drive pin.

  8. Replace any other components showing signs of damage or wear.

  9. Relubricate and reassemble the wrench.

  10. Pressure test and make sure that all mechanisms function as expected.

  11. Calibrate the wrench and make sure that the torque output is as expected.
