Troubleshooting of Hydraulic Torque Wrench
Tool failure, although rare, does occur. Such failure is most often in the hydraulic couplers or hoses. These items are repairable or replaceable immediately, since they are available universally. Failures of structural members of the tool are quite rare, however, replacement parts are available from stock. All repairs to Atlas Copco tools may be made by reasonably experienced individuals according to the aforementioned instructions. Recommended Service intervals are :
Heavy duty use or use in corrosive/harsh environments – every 3 months internal drive components may require frequent inspection and re-lubrication under heavy duty cycles, e.g. weekly.
Normal use – every 6 months.
Light or infrequent use – every 12 months.
