Setting the selectables filter

On the left-side menu bar, click Main data > Selectables.

On the upper-right corner of the Selectables workspace, click Filter.

In the Selectables filter dialog box, set the selectables filter criteria (depending on the customer needs).

On the upper-right corner of the Selectables filter dialog box, click Apply.
