Selectables
On the left-side menu bar, click Main Data > Selectables.

The Selectables workspace is divided into the following columns:
Name: name of the selectable.
Type: type of the selectable.
Data type: type of the selectable value. The available type are number and string.
Protected: if Protected = Yes, the selectable is a default value and it is not possible to disable it.
If Protected = No, the selectables has been configured by the user and it is possible to disable it.
In the Selectables workspace, click a selectable to display the related Selectable details card.
On the upper-right corner of the Selectable details card, click the Close button to exit the Selectable details card.
At the end of the Selectable details card, the following items record all of the changes made for the selected selectable:
Version: version of the selectable configuration.
In the Edit Selectable dialog box, change one of the following items to make a new version: Type, Data type, Values
Changed by: name of the operator who has made a change to the selectable configuration.
History: the history table records all of the changes made for the selected selectable.
The first line of the history table summarizes the latest version of the selectable configuration.
Click a previous line: the related Selectable details card opens on the left of the Selectable details card related to the latest version.
The differences between the two Selectable details cards are yellow highlighted.
On the upper-right corner of the oldest Selectable details card, click Restore: the previous version of the selectable configuration becomes the latest one.
On the upper-right corner of the Selectables workspace, there is the following command button:
Add: click to add a new supplier into the Selectables workspace.
Filter: click to give filters and list only the necessary selectable(s).
