SPC joint/dimensional

Below are the items of the SPC joint check/dimensional inspection result details card:

  • Inspection: name of the inspection.

  • Route: name of the route linked to the inspection.

  • Result date: date of the inspection.

  • Measuring device: measuring device used to do the inspection.

  • Operator: name of the operator that performed the inspection. It is shown if the measuring device manages the users.

  • Target object: name of the joint under control. This item is displayed only for the SPC joint check.

  • Status: below are the available options, depending on the status of the inspection:

    • Partial: the inspection is closed before the batch is completed. The test can be completed later.

    • Completed: the inspection execution is closed after the batch is completed.

    • Abandoned: the inspection execution is not completed but it is manually closed. The test cannot be completed later.

    • Results status: below are the available options, depending on the result status of the inspection:

      • OK: all the results of the completed subgroup or completed batch are OK.

      • NOK: at least one result of the completed subgroup or completed batch is NOK.

      • No status: if the ongoing subgroup is not completed, the status of the batch cannot be evaluated and is left blank.

X/R Chart

  • X chart: The last point is the average of the last execution. The previous points are the average values of the inspection done before.

    In the graphs, the lines indicate:

    • the upper and lower limits (red lines)

    • the target values (green line)

    • target value +/- 3σ (blue lines) (σ is the standard deviation)

  • R chart: The last point is the average of the last execution. The previous points are the average values of the inspection done before.

SPC Rules

  • List of the rules applied with the result (OK/NOK/NA) for each rule.

  • Traceability: in this table the traceability tags configured in the route linked to the inspection are shown. In particular, the name, the level and the values of each configured traceability tag are displayed.
