Cm/Cmk

Below are the items of the Cm/Cmk inspection result details card:

  • Inspection: name of the inspection.

  • Route: name of the route linked to the inspection.

  • Result date: date of the inspection.

  • Measuring device: measuring device used to do the inspection.

  • Target object: name of the tool under control.

  • Operator: name of the operator that did the inspection.

It is shown if the measuring device manages the users.

  • Status: below are the available options, depending on the status of the inspection:

    • Partial: the inspection is closed before the batch is completed. The test can be completed later on.

    • Completed: the inspection execution is closed after the batch is completed.

    • Abandoned: the inspection execution is not completed but it is manually closed. The test cannot be completed later on.

  • Results status: below are the available options, depending on the result status of the inspection:

    • OK: all the results are OK.

    • NOK: at least one result is NOK.

  • Table with step status: table with the result status of each step of a multistep target source.

This item is shown only if multistep is the target source.

Control Chart

  • Torque/angle: for Cm/Cmk inspection, the graphs of the measured points of the functions under control are displayed.

The function under control can be torque, angle or both.

In the graphs, the lines indicate:

    • the upper and lower limits (red lines)

    • the target values (green line)

    • target value +/- 3σ (blue lines) (σ is the standard deviation)

Click the chart to open a full screen graph.

For multistep target source, the graphs of the last step are displayed. Select a row of the table with step status, to display the points related to the selected step.

Statistics

  • Torque/Angle: below are the statistics of torque, angle or both:

    • Minimum Cm and Cmk

    • Current Cm and Cmk

    • Average value

    • σ: standard deviation

    • Average values +/- 3σ

    • 6Sigma scatter % of mean torque: single numeric value designating the torque capability of a tool run on a single torque-rate joint under controlled conditions

This parameter is available only for Torque section.

For multistep target source, the statistics of the last step are displayed. Select a row of the table with step status, to display the statistics related to the selected step.

  • Traceability: in this table the traceability tags configured in the route linked to the inspection are shown. In particular, the name, the level and the values of each configured traceability tag are displayed.
