Data

On the upper-right corner of the Inspection Result Details card, click Data to open the Data Details card. This card is available for all the inspection, except for SPC (prod) and Usage counter.

For VDI/VDE 2645-2, ISO 6789:2017 and JJF 1610:2017, the Data Details card is available from the Data analysis card.

The Data Details card shows the results table(s).

The NOK results are highlighted with a red mark.

For Cm/Cmk, Cp/Cpk, and SPC inspections, the upper part of the Data Details card shows the target and the limits of the inspection.

If the Target source is set to Multistep, the results are related to a single step.

For the ISO 6789:2003 and ISO 5393 inspections, the Data Details card shows the test points.

Under the results table(s), the Traceability table is shown.

After selecting a result in the result table, in the Traceability table, the following items are shown:

  • Seq#: number that indicates which tightening is analyzed (for example, 1 is the first tightening of the sequence).

  • Test point: description of the test point (for example, for ISO 5393 an available description is Lower torque level - Lower torque rate).

  • Date: date of the test.

  • Transducer S/N: serial number of the transducer used for the test.

  • Speed: speed of the tool in rpm. This value is available only for power tool.

  • Pictures: picture linked to the selected result.

  • Notes: comment written on STbench/STpad/STpalm during the test. It is related to the single point highlighted in the result table.

  • Assignable cause: assignable cause identified by the operator.

  • Corrective action: corrective action done by the operator.

These items are specific for the inspections. For example, Test points are shown only for ISO 5393, ISO 6789:2003.

If the option "Display in pages and export" of the Deleted measurements is enabled in the Application settings, the measurements deleted during tests made by STpad/STpalm/STbench are shown. The deleted values are struck through.

If the option "Display in pages and export" of the Not detected measurements is enabled in the Application settings, the measurements not detected during tests made by STpad/STpalm/STbench are shown. The not detected values are marked with a dash.
