Tool Swap filter criteria
Tool data: type the relevant data for the tool to be filtered such as name, serial number, identifier.
Replaced tool: in the Replaced tool box, select the replaced tool to be filtered.
To select a replaced tool, click Search icon (
).In the Tools workspace, select the replaced tool of interest. Then, click Apply
To delete a replaced tool in the Replaced tool box, select it. Then, click Delete icon (
).Replacement tool: in the Replacement tool box, select the replacement tool to be filtered.
To select a replacement tool, click Search icon (
).In the Tools workspace, select the replacement tool of interest. Then, click Apply
To delete a replacement tool, in the Replacement tool box, select it. Then, click Delete icon (
).Current tool location: in the Current tool location box, select the location to be filtered.
To select a Current tool location, click Search icon (
).In the Location workspace, select the location of interest. Then, click Apply.
To delete a location, in the Current tool location box, select it. Then, click Delete icon (
).Comment: type the comment to be filtered.
Changed by: type the name of the user who performed the operation(s) of interest.
Run status: from the drop-down list, select the status to be filtered of the inspection sent to the replacement tool at the end of the tool swap operation. Below are the available options:
Sent: filter the tool swaps in which the inspection has been successfully sent to the replacement tool.
Not Sent: filter the tool swaps in which the inspection failed to be sent to the replacement tool.
Both: show the tool swaps regardless of the outcome of the inspection's sending.
Date range: filter the operations date range.
Do one of the following:
From - to: click the box: a calendar opens. Select the date from the calendar.
Click Delete icon (
) to delete a date already configured.Range: in the Range drop-down list, select a specific time interval.
Selected filter: from the drop-down list, select one of the saved customized filter.
