Parameters
Number of samples: type the number of tightenings to be done.
Tightening direction (*): select one of the following items:
CW: clockwise direction.
CCW: counterclockwise direction.
Measurement unit (*): select the measuring unit for the inspection.
The default measurement unit is defined both in the Application settings and in the Personal settings.
Number of free rounds (*): type the number of free rounds to be done.
Filter frequency (*): Type the filter frequency value.
By default, the filter frequency is set to 500 Hz.

Calibration point 1
Torque target (*): this parameter is defined in the JJF 1610:2017 standard. The default value of the target torque is equal to the tool minimum capacity.
Measure angle from: from the drop-down list, select between:
One step: the measurement of the angle starts as soon as the Final monitoring torque value is reached.
Second step: the measurement of the angle starts in the second step, when the Final angle monitoring torque value is reached.
Starting second step: the measurement of the angle starts at the starting of the second step.
This parameter is available only for power tools.
Final angle monitoring torque (*): it specifies the torque value from which the angle measurement starts.
The default value of the final angle monitoring is half of the target torque.
Hard/soft joint angle (*): type the angle value for the definition of the hard/soft joint.
The definition of the joint can be given as follows:
Hard and soft joint angle in degrees
High and low torque rate in Nm/rev
The default value of the hard joint angle is equal to 15.0 °; the default value of the soft joint angle is equal to 360.0 °.
Calibration point 2 and Calibration point 3 have the same structure of the Calibration point 1, only the target torque changes.
In Calibration point 2, the target torque is set to the 60% of the tool maximum capacity.
In Calibration point 3, the target torque is set to the 100% of the tool maximum capacity.
To define only Calibration point 1 phase of the inspection, click on the Included switch of Calibration point 3 to disable the third phase of the inspection. Then, click on the Included switch of Calibration point 2 to disable the second phase of the inspection.
