Results filter criteria

  • Tool check data: type the name, serial number, or identifier of the Tool.

  • Joint check data: type the name or identifier of the Joint.

  • Inspections: in the Inspections box, select the necessary inspection.

    • To select an inspection, click Search icon ().

      In the Inspections Definitions workspace, select the necessary inspection.

      Then, click Apply.

    • To delete an inspection, in the Inspections box, select it.

      Then, click Delete icon ().

  • Routes: in the Routes box, select the necessary route.

    • To select a route, click Search icon ().

      In the Routes workspace, select the necessary route.

      Then, click Apply.

    • To delete a route, in the Route box, select it.

      Then, click Delete icon ().

  • Type: select one or more inspection type(s) to filter. In addiction to all the inspection types manage by QA Supervisor, also the type Productions is displayed.

  • Method: select one or more method to filter. All the methods of the type selected in the Type box are shown. If no Type is selected, all the methods are displayed.

  • Operator: type the name of the operator to filter

  • Traceability tag: type the value of the traceability tag to filter. If two values are typed with an empty space with them, an OR filter is applied.

    For example: in the Traceability tag text box type Tag1 Tag2 and apply the filter. All the inspection with the Traceability tag set to Tag1 and all the inspection with Traceability tag set to Tag2 are displayed.

  • Status: select one of the following options, depending on the status of the inspection to be filtered:

    • Partial: the inspection is closed before the batch is completed. The test can be completed later on.

    • Completed: the inspection execution is closed after the batch is completed.

    • Abandoned: the inspection execution is not completed but it is manually closed. The test cannot be completed later on.

    It is possible to select more than one status in the filter.

  • Result status: select either OK or NOK, depending on the result of the execution to be filtered.

  • Measuring devices: in the Measuring devices box, select the necessary measuring device.

    • To select a measuring device, click Search icon ().

      In the Measuring Devices workspace, select the necessary measuring device.

      Then, click Apply.

    • To delete a measuring device, in the Measuring devices box, select it.

      Then, click Delete icon ().

  • Date range: filter the data range.

    Do one of the following:

    • From - to: click the box: a calendar opens. Select the date from the calendar.

      Click Delete icon () to delete a date already configured.

    • Range: in the drop-down list, select a specific time interval.

  • Selected filter: from the drop-down list, select one of the saved customized filter.
