Tool filter criteria

  • Name: type the name of the tool to be filtered.

  • Serial number: type the serial number of the tool to be filtered.

  • Identifier: type the identification code linked to the tool to be filtered.

  • Status: select one of the following options, depending on the status of the tool to be filtered:

    • In use: select the tool ready to work on the production applications.

    • Backup: the tool is not currently used but it is ready to replace an operating tool on the assembly line.

    • Toolcrib: the tool is stored in the toolcrib. It is waiting for the assignment to a production location depending on the incoming production needs. Do a tool check before a regular usage on the assembly line.

    • Service/Repair: the tool cannot be used on the assembly line before maintenance is complete. The capability of the tool is verified according to customer’s procedures.

    • Scrapped/Disabled: select the tool is out of order.

    • At the end of the list, all the enabled custom status configured by the user are displayed.

      The user can configure the custom status in the Application settings page.

      If a Custom status is disabled in the Application settings page, all the tools with this status remain unchanged but it is not possible to filter them (the custom status is not listed in the Status drop down list).

  • Models: in the Models box, select the tool model to be filtered.

    To select a tool model, click Search icon ().

    In the Tool Models workspace, select the necessary tool model. Then, click Apply

    To delete a tool model, in the Models box, select it. Then, click Delete icon ().

  • Controller units: in the Controller Units box, select the necessary controller.

    To select a controller, click Search icon ().

    In the Controller Units workspace, select the necessary controller. Then, click Apply

    To delete a controller, in the Controller Units box, select it. Then, click Delete icon ().

  • Joints: in the Joints box, select the necessary joint.

    To select a joint, click Search icon ().

    In the Joints workspace, select the necessary joint. Then, click Apply

    To delete a joint, in the Joints box, select it. Then, click Delete icon ().

     

  • Selected filter: from the drop-down list, select one of the saved customized filter.
