Advanced parameters for tool check inspections

Below are the advanced parameters for the Power tools (strategy: Direct driven):

  • Cycle start

  • Cycle complete

  • Filter frequency

  • Measure torque at

  • Measure delay time

  • Reset time

  • End cycle time

  • Number of free rounds

  • In the Add Inspection Definition dialog box - JSB, enter the following items:

    • JSB test type: select one of the following option: generic power tool, dual step, and quick step.

    • Angle first step: type the angle value of the first step of the test.

    • First speed: type the value of the speed of the first step. The value is express in rpm.

    • Second speed: type the value of the speed of the second step. The value is express in rpm.

    • End first step: type the torque value t the end of the first step. The value is express with the selected measurement unit.

    • Pause: type the duration of the pause between the two steps. The value is express in ms.

All the values listed above are available if JSB test type is set to Dual step or Quick step.

Below are the advanced parameters for the Power tools (strategy: Only angle):

The strategy Only angle is available only for Power tools and check type Only angle.
