Sucking in and Holding a Blind Rivet

This function is used to hold the blind rivet in the nose piece for riveting vertically downward.

  1. Using a pin (e.g. rivet stem), push the slide valve in the tool head as far as it will go to the left or to the right.

  2. After the tool has grabbed the rivet, push up the slide so that it locks in. To switch off the suction, push down the slide.

  3. The complete suction function of the tool is deactivated by pushing back the slide valve.
