Jaws worn out

Replace the jaws. See Changing the Jaws

Insufficient working pressure

Check the working pressure. See Technical Data

Tool stroke too low

Refill with hydraulic oil. See Refilling the Hydraulic Oil

The stem is not evacuated

The stem collector is full

Empty the stem collector. See Emptying the Stem Collector

Wrong nosepiece used

Nosepiece worn out

Stem jammed in jaws
