Only use Klüberlub® BE 71-501

Use of other lubricants will permanently damage the press.

First, disassemble the gearbox, see Disassembling the gearbox.

  1. Place the press on a horizontal surface before loosening the screws.

  2. Unscrew the screws that holds the planetary gear and motor.

  3. Disassemble the gear rim.

  4. Disassemble the planetary gear (only applicable in PST 35, PST50 and PST100).

  5. Disassemble the circlip in the gear housing (only applicable in PST 35, PST50 and PST100).

  6. Disassemble the sun gear and bearing (only applicable in PST 35, PST50 and PST100).

  7. Disassemble the sun gear bearing using a bearing puller. (Pic. 7- 8 only applicable in PST 35, PST50 and PST100).
