The Torque Arm is a mechanical device that holds nutrunners and screwdrivers. This articulated torque arm absorbs the reaction torque when tightening, preventing operator strain, fatigue, and injury.
This rotary torque arm with a reaction brake applies torque in both the vertical and horizontal tightening orientation. The brake adapter can swivel the vertical rod to get into correct position with the tool, and locks the rotational degree to keep the vertical rod fixed during the tightening process.
Use pistol and swiveling tool holders for the tools.
The Torque Arm is equipped with a pneumatic cylinder to provide a lift assist for the operator.
