Adding a Corrective action list

  1. In the Home page, tap the Menu icon (). Then, select Configuration > Main data > Corrective action lists.

  2. On the upper-right corner of the Corrective action lists page, tap the Add icon ().

  3. In the General category of the Add corrective action list page, configure the following parameters:

    • Name: name of the assignable causes list.

    • Force selection from list: if the check box is not selected, during the test it is possible to add a new item in the Custom value box.

  4. In the upper part of the Add corrective action list page, tap the Corrective action category.

  5. In the Corrective action category of the Add corrective action list page, tap the Add icon ().

  6. In the text box, type the name of the assignable causes list item.

    It is possible to add a maximum of 50 items for each Assignable causes list.

  7. In the upper-right corner of the Add corrective action list page, tap the Save icon ().

To move an item in the list:

  1. In the Corrective action category of the Corrective action list page, select the check box near the item name.

  2. Tap the up/down arrow icon () to move up/down the item.

  3. On the upper-right corner of the Corrective action list page, tap the Save icon ().

To delete an item in the list:

  1. In the Corrective action category of the Corrective action list page, select the check box near the item name.

    It is possible to select more than one item to delete.

  2. Tap the Delete icon () to delete the selected item(s).

  3. On the upper-right corner of the Corrective action list page, tap the Save icon ().
