Adding an Assignable causes list

  1. In the Home page, tap the Menu icon (). Then, select Configuration > Main data > Assignable causes lists.

  2. On the upper-right corner of the Assignable causes lists page, tap the Add icon ().

  3. In the General category of the Add assignable causes list page, configure the following parameters:

    • Name: name of the assignable causes list.

    • Force selection from list: if the check box is not selected, during the test it is possible to add a new item in the Custom value box.

  4. In the upper part of the Assignable causes list page, tap the Assignable causes list category.

  5. In the Assignable causes list category of the Assignable causes list page, tap the Add icon ().

  6. In the text box, type the name of the assignable causes list item.

    It is possible to add a maximum of 50 items for each Assignable causes list.

  7. In the upper-right corner of the Add assignable causes list page, tap the Save icon ().

To move an item in the list:

  1. In the Assignable causes list category of the Assignable causes list page, select the check box near the item name.

  2. Tap the up/down arrow icon () to move up/down the item.

  3. On the upper-right corner of the Assignable causes list page, tap the Save icon ().

To delete an item in the list:

  1. In the Assignable causes list category of the Assignable causes list page, select the check box near the item name.

    It is possible to select more than one item to delete.

  2. Tap the Delete icon () to delete the selected item(s).

  3. On the upper-right corner of the Assignable causes list page, tap the Save icon ().
