Exporting application logs

  1. On the left side of the Toolbar, tap the Menu icon () > Configuration > Maintenance > Export logs.

    The log file is saved in the SDcard\Download folder on the device.

  2. Connect the device to the PC via USB cable.

  3. In the Autoplay dialog box, select Open the device to see the files> Internal shared storage > Download > . Then, copy the date-time-STpalm-log file on the PC.

    If the log file is not displayed in the Download folder, press F5 on the PC keyboard to refresh the folder content.
