License Sources
Licenses used on a controller can be pulled from several different sources. The number of simultaneous sources is limited to one License Server (TT2) in addition to 9 FMS Portable (dongle) sources. If the license source limit is reached, all licenses from one source need to be removed from the controller in order to add licenses from another source.
License Sources Overview
On the Controller Information 
tab, the Licenses area provides the user with an overview of the licenses installed on the controller, as well as where they were installed from. A maximum number of 9 different sources can be displayed here, and each will be designated with FMS P (for FMS Portable, or dongle), or License Server (TT2).
Expanding any License Source will present that source's detailed license source information. It lists the source type and count, as well as the number and type of licenses in each category (Virtual Station Type, Virtual Station Feature and Controller Feature).
