Process Page

The Process page shows the status of the current running tightening process. Optionally, the tightening process can also be started from this page.

Usually, the Process page guides the operator.
In the Process page, the operator can track the tool position with the crosshair on the workpiece image; thus, it is possible to follow the progress.

The Process page is organized with the following layout:

  • A header: with the process status

  • Content area: with the main image on the left side and the process information panel on the right side.

Header elements

Process: the current workpiece id (when the process is running)

VIN: the last received VIN

Header buttons

The workplace settings can make the following buttons visible in the header (the buttons can be selected in the HMI tab in the settings of the workplace).

  • RESET PROCESSCONTROL: resets all the processes.

  • FINISH PROCESS: completes the current process/workpiece in the workplace.

  • SKIP POSITION: skips the current tightening position (only if the position is enabled)
