Workflow States

The Workflow States page shows the current working state of ever active workflow in the ILG system, organized by scope level. It enables analysis and solution with further actions for workflows.

From this page it is possible to:

See which step each workflow is currently on.
The State can explain why the workflow is waiting and what action is needed for it to continue.

All worflows shows the following data.

Scope: The level at which the worflow is working (Global, workplace, tool).
ID: the workflow identifier.
States: the current working state.
Groups: applies only for workpiece workflows and states the group IDs.
Positions: applies only for workpiece workflows and states the position IDs.

The Workflow States page has three sections:

Global Workflows: The global workflows are system-wide workflows for processes that apply to the whole system.
Workplace Workflows: The workplace workflows are workplace-specific, active workflows for each configured workplace.
Tool Workflows: The tool workflows are tool-specific.
