Working with the Three Dots Menu
Downloading Diagnostic Data
It is highly recommended to connect the systems with cables during the download. The time required for the download decreases if a cable is used in one of the following ways:
An USB cable can be connected to the IxB USB service port of the tool.
A network cable can be connected to the controller.
If the network has low speed and is unstable, it can increase the time further if the wifi is used instead.
In the Three Dots dropdown menu, select
Diagnostic Data.A Diagnostic Data window opens.
In the window fields, write a description of the issue, write a description of the conditions and select a time of the event.
