Using Input groups in the Message Mapper

In Configuration mode, on the Message Mapper page, select the + icon at the upper-left corner.

In the Type dropdown menu, select External Monitored 1 to 8.

In the Tool dropdown menu select a tool, and enter a group in the Group field and inputs in the Inputs field.

E.g. in the Group field, enter 12 (without extra brackets, spaces, commas, quotation marks, etc.) for the group [1,2] from the tool configuration.

Select SAVE.

In the Output column next to the created input message, select the + icon.

In the Type field, select and preferred action and select a workplace in the Workplace dropdown menu.

Select SAVE.
