Downloading the Messages

In the Diagnosis mode, on the Messages page, at the upper-right corner, select the Download Messages Trace button.

Select the tools that should be included in the message trace by selecting or clearing the checkboxes next to Tools.

Select if messages without any tool ID should be included by selecting or clearing the checkbox next to Others.

Select if if system configuration should be included by selecting or clearing the checkbox next to Configuration.

Select DOWNLOAD.
