Creating a Tool for ILS

In the Setup mode, on the Tools page, select the + icon at the upper-right corner.
Create a new tool pop-up window opens.

In the Controller Connection window, enter the Tool ID.
Then, select the Controller Type, and the Connection Type, and enter the IP of the selected tightening controller, and the Port.
Then, at the lower-right corner of the Controller Connection window, select Next.

In the Positioning window, select IL Spotpoint as measuring system.
Then, at the lower-right corner of the Positioning window, select Next.

In the Industrial Location Spotpoint window, enter the Host and Port to connect to the ILS sensors.
Then, at the lower-right corner of the Industrial Location Spotpoint window, select Next.

In the Tool Targets window, select the tag holder in the Tag Holder dropdown menu and enter the Tag ID.
Then, at the lower-right corner of the Tool Targets window, select Save.

The Target ID is automatically set by the ILG software.
The Target ID is 0 for the first tool. Then, it increases gradually by 1 unit every time a tool is added.

The Tag ID shows on each QR code.
