Battery Stuck on Tool

If a battery is stuck on a tool, do not use a tool or a sharp object to remove the battery.

If the battery button cannot be pressed down enough to release the battery from the tool, send the battery and tool, as they are, to Atlas Copco Service Center for assistance.

If the battery button can be pressed down but the battery is still stuck, try to wiggle the tool as you try and separate the battery from the tool. If the battery cannot be removed, send the battery and tool, as they are, to Atlas Copco Service Center for assistance.
