Torque Adjustment

Shut-Off Clutch
  1. Adjust the tensions on the clutch spring to set the required torque.

  2. Grip the tool around the motor case and press the tool into the fixing that is to be tightened.

  3. The motor will start and will tighten the fixing to the required torque.

  4. At this point, the internal drive is disengaged and the air to the motor cut off.

Roller Clutch
  1. Adjust the tensions on the clutch spring to set the required torque.

  2. Grip the tool, press the tool onto the fixing that is to be tightened and depress the throttle control.

  3. The motor will start and will tighten the fixing to the required torque.

  4. Release the throttle control and remove the tool from the fixing.
