CmCmk/CpCpk trend parameters

• Type (*): from the drop-down list, select the inspection type between:

  • Tool check

  • Joint check

  • Dimension

• Inspections:

  • Click on the Search icon () to select the inspections.

    In the Inspection definitions workspace, select the inspections between Cm/Cmk, Cp/Cpk and SPC.

    Then, click Apply.

  • Click on the Delete icon ( ) to remove an inspection from the selected list.

    The maximum number of inspections to select is 10.

• Number of samples (*): type the number of samples to include in the report.

  The value can range from 3 to 1000.

• Groups (*): type the number of groups to include in the report.

  The value can range from 1 to 100.

Limits

• Inspection to use (*): from the drop-down list, select the inspection to include in the analysis.

• Torque custom limits: click on the switch to enable/disable the following parameters:

  • Torque lower limit (*): type the lower torque limit to include in the analysis.

  • Torque upper limit(*): type the upper torque limit to include in the analysis.

  Torque custom limits parameters are displayed only for Tool check and Joint check inspections.

• Angle custom limits: click on the switch to enable/disable the following parameters:

  • Angle lower limit (*): type the lower angle limit to include in the analysis.

  • Angle upper limit (*): type the upper angle limit to include in the analysis.

  Angle custom limits parameters are displayed only for Tool check inspections.

• Dimension custom limits: click on the switch to enable/disable the following parameters:

  • Dimension lower limit (*): type the lower dimension limit to include in the analysis.

  • Dimension upper limit (*): type the upper dimension limit to include in the analysis.

  Dimension custom limits parameters are displayed only for Dimension inspections.

Date range

• The date range can be given as follows:

  • From - to: click to select the dates from the calendar.

  • Range: from the drop-down list, select between today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last month.

  Click either the left or the right arrow to change the view of the date range.
