Filling the lubrication tank

WARNING

Make sure that the air supply is not connected.

CAUTION

Wear gloves to avoid personal injury because of sharp cutting edges. Only experienced maintenance personnel can assemble or disassemble the product.

Disconnect the air hose from the drill.
Connect a refill station to the drill's oil connector. Fill the lubrication tank with oil. The maximum tank volume is 30 ml.
The maximum oil pressure is 3.5 bar.

Disconnect the refill station.
Connect the air supply to the drill.
Push the primer button to flow the drill bit with oil.
Start the drill.
Run the drill shortly and push the retract button to stop the drill. Make sure that the oil flow stops when the retract button is pushed.

Coolant

A	Coolant level sensor Indicates the oil level when the drill is running. The sensor is fully extended at the minimum oil level of 3 ml.
B	Air nozzle Adjusts the amount of air in the mixed mist by replacing the air nozzle size.
C	Coolant flow control Adjusts the coolant flow with the coolant nozzle in the spindle guard cap.
D	Coolant level indicator The coolant container is divided into two tanks, left and right. Each tank has its own level indicator.
