Windows

Click here to download the content as a ZIP-file.
Open the ZIP-file.
Copy the folder extract-me to a suitable location.
Open the copied folder and then double-click on the index item.

Mac

Click here to download the content as a ZIP-file.
Go to Finder, and in Downloads, select the downloaded file.
Select extract-me, and then double-click index.html.
