Exported Information

File

Description

PFExport_<tool name>_<timestamp>_Events.csv

A comma-separated file containing the following information:

  • Severity: type of event

  • Date and time: a timestamp of when the event occurred

  • Code: the event ID

  • Description: a short description of the event

  • Virtual station: virtual station ID

PFExport_<tool name>_<timestamp>_Results.csv

A comma-separated file containing the following information:

  • Tower Data: flange identity in batch assembly or batch service job.

  • Program ID

  • Bolt size

  • Date and time: a timestamp of when the result occurred

  • Operator ID

  • Operator Data

  • Operator Company

  • Software version: the software version on the controller running when the bolts are tensioned.

  • Tensioner Custom Identifier: optional, set by the customer and stored in the tensioner.

  • Pump Custom identifier: optional, set by the customer and stored in the pump.

  • Tensioner type: fetched from production data in the tensioner.

  • Bolt Quantity: the number of bolts on the flange, entered by the operator when starting a batch job.

  • Bolt Data

  • Nut loosening min loosening angle: Multistep step configuration of type step tensioning service parameter. Only populated when the result relates to a bolt service operation.

  • Estimated initial mean settlement (kN): term for clamping force estimation.

  • Estimated initial max settlement (kN): only written to report directly from configuration.

  • Min required average clamping force (kN): term for evaluation of the average clamping force for the full flange result.

  • Clamping Force Method Used:

Estimation: residual force is estimated using Estimated initial mean settlement.

Calculation: residual force is calculated using Clamping length and the Load transfer factor equation.

  • Bolt number

  • Status: end result of the tensioning, status OK or NOK.

  • Tensioning Attempt Number: the attempt number increments when a bolt fails and is re-tensioned.

  • Assembling Position: same as bolt number.

  • Pressure (bar, Pa): the pressure when the nut was tightened, that is, when the conditions for acknowledged torque are met.

  • Force (kN, N): the force when the nut was tightened, that is, when the conditions for acknowledged torque are met.

  • Angle (deg): the resulting angle of the tightening of the nut.

  • Torque (Nm): the torque applied when the conditions for torque are met.

  • Residual Force (kN): estimation of residual force calculated as Applied Pressure − Estimated mean settlement.

  • Min Residual Force (kN): the minimum residual force of the bolt based on configuration field Estimated initial max settlement.

  • Re-tighten Angle (deg): during bolt service, the total angle the nut rotated from its original position.

  • Loosening Angle (deg): during bolt service, the angle the nut is loosened.

  • Loosening Torque (Nm): the applied torque when the first nut loosening movement was recorded.

  • Loosening Pressure (bar, Pa): the hydraulic pressure when the first nut loosening movement was recorded.

  • Loosening Force (kN, N): the force that corresponds to the loosening pressure.

  • Backlash Angle (deg): the mechanical play in the tensioner mechanics and socket–nut alignment between nut loosening and nut tightening.

  • Pump Serial Number

  • Pump Ordering Number

  • Tensioner Serial Number

  • Tensioner Ordering Number
